Canal Walk's Visitor Information Centre, accredited by Cape Town Tourism, is located on the Upper Level (between Guess and San Marina) and caters for all the travel needs of both local and international tourists, as well as local shoppers. A sedan taxi service is also available to tourists and shoppers outside Entrances 2 and 3.
